We own and maintain the electrical wiring (or service cable) that goes right up to a piece of equipment in every property; called ‘the cut out’ which is what holds the main fuse to the supply to the property.
If you are making alterations to your property and need to move your existing connection point, or the route of the electricity cables across your property, you can apply for a ’service alteration’.
If you are looking to install a new electricity supply for an extension, new house, flat or commercial property, or connect renewable generation at your property this is a new connection.
